ActiveX objects/plugins/java applets have been disabled from loading in the Notes browser. The preferences "Enable Plugins in the Notes Browser" and "Enable ActiveX in Notes Browser" are no longer required. With this fix, we have removed these preferences.

API programs have bugs where they call NSFDbClose with a stale or invalid handle. This fix validates the handle to see if it is a valid allocated handle.
