More steps, more sleep

At the end of July I thought I would never be able to get better results, but I was wrong. In August my sleep improved and I was able to walk a lot more steps. More active time, more calories burned. For September I may need to work on the food intake. ;-)

Well done. Das tolle am vielen Bewegen ist ja, dass man am "Food Intake" nicht mehr so schrauben muss und einfach genießen kann ;)...

Ja das stimmt. Aber ich denke, man muss beides gut kombinieren. Da habe ich noch etwas Verbesserungspotential.
