Nice insight...and some reading in between the lines: "...in my 15 yrs. with the core team, no one has voluntarily left the team..." - guess what ;-) In the end, the results show that he's a great manager, too!

In that video I see conviction. I "feel" a level of ruthlessnes. But from watch it I damn well respect him as an designer. And an artist.
