Default browser on Windows: Internet Explorer. Meep. "Not certified".
Default browser on OS X: Safari. Meep. "Not certified".

This is not the Enterprise. You don't get to pick browsers.

Comments

on my Mac: not Safari, not Chrome, not Firefox. (Even though they state in the very first screen you should use the latest Chrome or Firefox. As Heiko said. Even verse.

Works in Chrome on my Mac.

Didn't work in Chrome on my Mac either - the CSS was missing so I couldn't basically read anything that was on the screen :o(

hm, lucky Volker.

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/38.0.2125.111 Safari/537.36

Chrome is outdated. Upgrade and it should work.

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/41.0.2272.89 Safari/537.36

This should work for Firefox:

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.10; rv:36.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/36.0

:-( Somehow I had switched off the autoupdate of Chrome. And Firefox. Now with the real latest versions, it works. My fault.

Thank you for support, Volker.

Andreas Imnitzer: With an UserAgent like that, your browser must have a serious personality disorder.

Andreas Schödl, 2015-03-13

As they are already checking browser and version and/or capabilities, it should be possible to provide a much more intelligent message to the user why it is not "certified".
The actual message looks so much old fashioned enterprise IT, probably they also require passwords that are not longer than 12 chars and must not contain &%...

Thomas Odorfer, 2015-03-13

Thomas, not far off...

"Use at least 8 characters. Must contain one upper case letter, one number, and four alphabetic characters. Does not allow three or more repeated characters. These special characters are allowed: +-.,!@#$%^&*();\/|<>",?="

Wow, they still know how to shoot in their feet.
