Plus it's a clever move away from the bread and butter business of Marvel Client sales which is bound to decrease in the future.

@Andrew: Our solutions portfolio has been about client management and much more for quite a while now already and MarvelClient itself is constantly evolving to deliver ongoing value in line with market developments around cloud, the notes browser plugin and enhancing communication and collaboration. In essence we span clients, servers and applications and can adjust focus depending on each customers environment on an ongoing basis. We may just have to improve communication to make sure this is better known and understood :-) Looking forward to fill you in when we meet again.

Well, if you're constantly evolving to deliver ongoing value in line with market developments, you'll be able to exploit synergies of business value addition with long-term growth opportunities as well having a leading role into the next paradigm change of collaboration systems.
