IBM WebSphere MQ on Windows - Don't think you got authority

I was seeing this: -

AMQ7077: You are not authorized to perform the requested operation.

on Windows, whilst trying to stop a Queue Manager: -

endmqm IB9QMGR

having opened a command window ( CMD.EXE ) on a Windows 7 desktop, on which I've got MQ Client and Server v8 installed, along with IBM Integration Bus 9.

Guess what I was doing wrong ?

Yep, I wasn't starting the command window as Administrator.

I had to click [Start] [Run], enter cmd.exe and then right-click and choose Run as administrator.

Once done, I was able to happily stop my Queue Manager.

Then I found this IBM Technote: -

Error AMQ7077 when using Windows 7 or later, when trying to start or end a queue manager 

which said much the same thing.
