Almost broke the chain

Last night I looked at my iPhone and checked the Activity app. It had been a rainy day and I only got to squeeze in one long walk before noon. And I almost missed my daily activity goal of 600 calories. I never came this close to the limit.

Half of February is in, 37 perfect weeks in a row, 262 days longest move streak. Don't break the chain!

one day, the fear of breaking the chain will be the strongest motivation to continue this. ;)

"One day"? That's a struggle I'm facing 2-3 times a week. Sometimes it would be easier if cals could be pushed from day to another. My last 3 days were 1042, 611, and 636. Today I was very active with 1992 so far. Tomorrow will be a barely-600 day again.

On the one hand, the daily goal of 600 got me moving. On the other, I'm looking for alternatives which still make sure I'm not procrastinating, e.g. by pushing a weekly goal to Sunday night. Ideas welcome, badges appreciated.

Samuel, it may look this way, but it isn't. Daily activity has become a habit and I don't feel well without it. What a change! I am getting to a point where I don't have to track it at all. But I think I will shoot for the full year.

Benjamin, this is where the 100km/week came from. I tried to close those as early as possible, usually by Friday.
