To what extent does this remind you of Groove?
That's to say: is it answering the same need, and delivering with the same simplicity?
It doesn't remind me of Groove. Actually, I have all but forgotten about Groove.
An interesting response. Having been well and truly burned in that particular fire, I shall never forget about Groove...
Teams has some pros, but a lot of cons. It conflicts with skype and it conflicts with groups. It could be useful, but these conflicts keep bugging me.
Nick, I was very enthusistic myself. Ray knew he could not create magic twice, but he was still hopeful to make a difference.
Miroslav, you mean overlap. Things you can do either here or there. That is true for much of the O365 portfolio. I think that happens when you add features over the years. Eventually you end up with Lotus Notes, no matter where you started.
Best comment ever about evolving software: "Eventually you end up with Lotus Notes, no matter where you started."
LOL!
We might as well just use the original end-product then. I know I'm still loving it.
We are one of the "organizations that are using Teams" but we are not actively using it, not communication is being done there as its only enabled for a small user group, etc...
Its all about marketing and Teams still has that many flaws that I personally do not think we will ever use it actively.
But well, we'll see.
