The amount of emails and documents in the Lotus Domino environment grows each day. This can cause your storage space to overflow, performance become poor and backups become incontrollable. Solve these problems by installing the Lialis Lotus Notes mail, application and quickr Archive Solution!
The Archive Solution provides simple, easy-to-use and effective archiving for Notes Mail, any bespoke Notes Application, and Lotus Quickr places. In combination with journaling, also compliancy is arranged.

The Lialis Archive Solution archives the emails, applications and Quickr places in your environment as you demand. Once configured, the selection of the (mail) documents to be archived runs automatically. You can determine which (mail) documents will be archived by the solution (for example older than 100 days)
The archived (mail) documents turn up on the normal Lotus Domino-server, on which the Lialis Archive Solution is installed. This central Archive Solution manages the entire archiving process. The main advantage of the Lialis Archive solution is that employees have access to their archived (mail) documents as easy as before, while the (mail) documents remain visible on the same location (for example mail file). Via a link there is an invisible connection between the (mail) document location and the archive database.
The archive solution has a special search functionality. This functionality searches both archived and not archived (mail) documents. Therefore users do not notice what happens in the background. The solution can be used for both personal as general (mail) databases, on the server or locally stored.
