oz dbMon ( Database Monitor ) is a Server addin task ( so its easy to deploy ) that monitors the databases, documents and fields that are specified in the dbMon database for documents that have been deleted or for outbound emails Sent from a monitored database, Person or Group documents that have been created or updated.
When a document is deleted it is cloned to the dbMon database just before it is deleted.
This allows any database that is being monitored the functionality of a hot restore of any deleted ( cloned ) document/s.
When the documents are cloned to the target database the details of who deleted the document or sent the email and the date/time that the document was actioned allow administrators to document who has deleted documents from the source database.
dbMon also allows each mail database to have 3 warning quotas ( Not the standard 1 ) as well as the ability to
lock users out of any database or suite of databases. |
