Tablet vs Laptop

I love Lauren Goode's work. She is smart and charming and funny. It's a bit over the top for European taste, but it captures the discussion that people have with themselves. Can you do everything with a tablet? Increasingly so. Do you need a laptop? Most people do. But do you really need to have both? The killer is at the very end:
It's as if there isn't something inbetween.
That is where I landed. But the Surface Laptop in Cobalt Blue in that video is sweet. If you could only use it as a tablet. There we go again.
