Mich würde mal interessieren, ob es ausreicht, seinen FB-Account komplett zu löschen. Wenn ich nämlich meine Aktivitäten vorher alle dort löschen will, sitze ich ewig allein daran, obwohl ich mich gar nicht als sonderlich aktiv bei Facebook betrachtet hätte. Ein Script (Tampermonkey o.ä.), was das erledigt, konnte ich auch noch nicht finden.

Läuft bei mir momentan noch, das Activity Log schwindet aber zusehends.
Hallo Stephan, a belated super thanks for your offer! I would already be helped a lot if we could just talk briefly about the path I could follow. (BTW my manually executed FB/IG/WA detox is complete now, and I am slowly peeling myself off google. At this rate, we'll have a hand-cranked AM radio before the year is out.)
