WorldCafé is a simple and effective method of bringing together a group of people for constructive discussions on a topic of common interest and thereby expanding the level of collective understanding.
The setting for a WorldCafé is very informal. The basic idea is to recreate the relaxed atmosphere of a street café in which people are able to converse freely and without inhibition.
An expert is assigned to each table to lead the conversation on a set topic. But what really matters is the exchange of views between the participants themselves. |
