No battery woes on Apple Watch 6

The watch on the left shows 32% remaining charge after 24 hours of use, including sleep tracking. The second watch on the right shows how quickly the watch as we charged. That is a Watch Series Six feature. It appears to be possible to wear the watch all day with just short charge bursts. I just have not decided yet, whether I want to use sleep tracking or continue to charge the watch overnight.

I really want to use the Oximeter while sleeping. Having this combined with the runtime and the new re-charge would really make be to buy this iteration.

It does that. I get one reading every hour at night.

The faster charging is a sleeper-hit of the series 6 for me, i too will try sleep-tracking for a few weeks, but I may invoke it always manually, bc my bedtime is usually between midnight and 3 in the morning.

For me it's more to see if I can brake the habit of always charging the watch overnight and if I can get something out of having the watch nearly 24/7 on the wrist.

You don't need sleep tracking but rather a fixed schedule. If you could get yourself into bed before midnight, every single effing day, it would make a big difference to your health.

I have a series 4 (LTE only) that I recharge daily for about an hour after showering and winding down from my evening workout. I've had it for about 16 months now, and it probably saved my life back in December when it told me I was in AFib. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
