Microsoft lets you schedule meetings in the free version of Teams

by Volker Weber

We heard your feedback, and are excited to let you know that users can now schedule meetings and send out invitations in advance. This capability builds upon the existing ability to “Meet Now.”

This much-requested capability is now available to all customers. And right now, there is no time limit on meetings in the free version of Teams—so collaborate away!

This has always puzzled me. If you want to get people hooked on Teams, they need to be able to schedule meetings.
