I am moving a user from a 7.0.3 server to a Notes 8.5.1 FP1 server.  The AdminP shows the following error:

Administrator/company needs Sign agents to run on behalf of someone else rights on MAIL1/company in order to have the Administration Process reschedule the agent Update Tasks|Update Tasks in mail\username

Can someone help please?

Hi

have seen this issue before. this is a known issue. We did the same scenario as you. if the OOO is set to run "on behalf off" you will face this issue.

there are 2 options that you have;

1) Disable the out of office and move the user and then re-enable it to run on behalf off the user. (not a great fan of "on behalf of"

2) Ask the user to disable it for the duration of the move and re-enable it later. I would rather do this so that you do not face the "run on behalf of" issue again.

Do also remember to ensure that the agent is set to run on the new home server , if not your will have issue of delay etc. Also remember to ensure that the administration server of the mailbox changes to the new one if not you can have calendar issues.
