Lotus Notes 8.5 hangs

Good morning,

Several days ago that when I run the Lotus Notes 8.5 on Windows XP and insert the password stuck on the screen of initiation. I tried installing Lotus Notes on another computer and it works ok.

I have to work with Lotus Notes 8.5 Basic passing the parameter "-sa." What is the problem of my client notes?.
