Hello!

I have Domino 8.5/Windows.
Most of users do not have access to send/receive emails from outside of company domain - security policy rulez.
This limitaion was done by "Outbound Sender Controls"/"Deny messages from the following Notes addresses to be sent to the Internet" settings in messaging/restriction section of configuration document.

We have another mail dabases, which is designed like "shared" - so, users must login into this boxes,  read, create and reply to mail on behalf of another user (mail DB holder) - for example support, helpdesk, etc.
but, during sending mail from this boxes, users get blocking by router with diagnostic:
"Router: Administrator/DOMAIN is restricted from sending mail through server MAIL/DOMAIN"

How we can avoid this problem regading send-on-behalf?

Thank you in advice,

Vladimir.

Perhaps a whitelist of email addresses that can bypass the filter?
