Please follow these to troubleshoot your feed.

1. Find your profile on the main page left hand navigator.
2. Find your rss url in the profile and copy it.
3. Go to feedvalidator.org and test it.
4. Address the errors.

If there are no errors and you've waited for over 6 hours for your posts to arrive and they haven't; let me know! Feel free  to reply with the issue. I've set this post to notify me when its replied to.

Seems like there is a problem with BleedYellow hosted feeds.
http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Ffeeds.feedburner.com%2FTexasSwede return a warning, and I am guessing that is why my entries are not showing up. I don't see any other ones from BleedYellow bloggers as well...
Would it be possible to allow the entries even if it fail with a warning?

Yes there is a problem, im sorry to say with every feedburner feed. I will get godaddy.com on the phone.

The error: HTTP Response: HTTP/1.0 502 Bad Gateway

Upon initial research the error seems to be a server to server problem. I'm praying this has nothing to do with the number of hits my server/cron job is doing to feedburner. Other sites that use my same classes to parse and pull the feeds form feedburner are working so impretty sure its a "my server/(shared at godaddy.com) to feedburner's servers issue".

Will keep you posted. Please post a reply if you can help.

After further review....

This applies to a bunch of non-feedburner accounts as well. This is good and bad news. The good is it points to godaddy.com the bad; im not sure what that means and only a phone call will tell.

They are recommending that i use a proxy server. Not sure what this involves or how long it will take. Hold tight.

Update 9:49 AM 3/13/2008:

The problem goes far beyond feedburner feeds, however a lot of the problemed feeds just happen to be feedburner feeds. There is no consistency to the feeds with the issue. Some bleedyellow/feedburner blogs work, some don't; some blogspot feeds work, some don't; some atom work some don't; some rss 2.0... you get the picture.

Godaddy is unable to help with this issue so I am moving the process of acquiring the feeds to a virtual dedicate server which should resolve the issue. I hope to have this done with in the next 24 hours.

High level observations:
1. If your posts are not showing up its a good chance your feed is fine
2. I have no control over this problem its at the godaddy server/network level (hence it being moved).
3. Once this is back on line (ALL OF YOUR POSTS WILL SHOW up on planetlotus.org!!! Unless you have posted more then your feed shows.

Update as of 9:53 AM 3/14/2008.

Should have the new process on the new server soon Just waiting for login info; movement of files, setup test, etc.

Here is a list of the feeds that the process is unable to read, as you can see its all over the board. The feeds listed here fluctuates; sometimes some of them work. Of course i am racing to fix this. 53 in all...

And wouldn't you know it? The list includes some of the most prolific posters. No wonder it's been so quiet 'round here...  Wink

Just some clarification...

This issue has nothing to do with the feeds or the content of the feeds; only the communication between the servers.

And wouldn't you know it? The list includes some of the most prolific posters. No wonder it's been so quiet 'round here...  Wink

All part of my master plan to dominate the blogging community...  Cheesy

I think those may be all Feedburner feeds actually. If you look at my feed http://chris-linfoot.net/stories.rss then that does not on the face of it appear to be a Feedburner feed, but it is because the request for the feed is redirected (301 or 302, I forget which) to Feedburner. I have tried one or two of the other non-Feedburner feeds and the ones I have tried all redirect to Feedburner too.

Just a thought, in case it helps with debugging.

Something has clearly changed at Godaddy recently as this has been working. Are they transparently proxying outbound HTTP? Could be using Squid or something similar for that for acceleration or caching purposes. If so, then perhaps the fault lies there.

Here is another debug from a header call i did in php. I think you're on the right track. The update; i got the node and its been advanced to the network team.

So... why do these WORK?Huh

What's the diff?

http://feeds.feedburner.com/VirusfaceBlog
http://feeds.feedburner.com/Mcgarelgramming
http://feeds.feedburner.com/bleedyellow/nZns
http://feeds.feedburner.com/lotusblog_ru
http://feeds.feedburner.com/Ekrantz
http://feeds.feedburner.com/Handly
http://feeds.feedburner.com/dominointerface
http://feeds.feedburner.com/bleedyellow/portaldomosphere
http://feeds.feedburner.com/dadamscouk

One thing is known:
1. I am calling out to the feeds form a static server
2. Bleedyellow is a single server.
3. There are blogs fead by feedburner from the bleedyellow server that work and don't work.
 - Does this mean its a feedburner configuration _account_ issue?

Is there anyone reading this that's feed is listed above that can give details on how their feed was setup and feedburner?

https://www.google.com/support/feedburner/bin/answer.py?answer=78464&topic=13048

Good reading
