New timestamp

Now that the site polling every 20 minutes for updates, the most frequent duration to date, I feel its time to use a timestamp. Lets just see how it goes. The old was was very difficult to map. There was different time zones, wrong times, no times, the list goes on. You can still use the manual update in your blog profile. The order at which the blogs are polled is based on how recently you blogged. The most recent previous post is the last checked so their post is at the top in a way rewarding frequency. My mind can be changed its the first idea that came to mind.
