Problem: The company Apple iPhone/iPad users are unable to complete the account validation either using auto profile installation or using manual account setup, if they try to connect or try to enable there devices on the IBM Lotus Traveler server. You didn´t see the issues on Nokia, Windows mobile or Android devices.

Solution: The Apple iPad/iPhone users required that the "Options" HTTP methode is enabled on the Domino Server who host the IBM Lotus Traveler Server. So please check if you have the "HTTPDisableMethods=OPTIONS" entry in your notes.ini file on your domino server and/or check the if this option is disabled in the "Internet Sites" document used by the Domino Server who host the IBM Lotus Notes traveler server.
