Microsoft Windows XP Extended Support Ends in One Year - Are you Ready?

Apple iPad Mini impressions - thumbs up!

My upgrade to iPhone 5

Mon, Nov 28th 2011 7:23p Christopher Pepin I've always been a lazy point and shoot photographer. Portable, low-cost and easy to use, I can take as many photos as I want and delete the bad ones. I've also taken my fair share of photos with smartphones (e.g. Apple iPhone) as the saying goes "the best camera is the one that you have with you." However, as my kids have gotten older, the limitations of point-and-shoot have become more pronounced:

Work is not a place
Tue, Nov 8th 2011 2:43p Christopher Pepin As a resident of New Fairfield, CT, my family was personally affected by the October storm that dumped over a foot of snow and knocked out power to our home for 8 days. The cold temperatures made living at home without heat a challenge. Fortunately, no one was injured from the storm and other than a few fallen trees and branches, we didn't sustain property damage - just a fridge full of spoiled food.
