Cannot print mail messages from Notes hosted on Citrix?

Let's say you are using the Lotus Notes client hosted on Citrix.

When trying to print a mail message (html/mime message) you get some kind of error message like the following:

Line: 2053
Char: 1
Error: The system cannot find the file specified
Url: res://ieframe.dll/preview.js

and actually that stop you from printing the memo, then

"then solution is to add a "Fonts" folder to C:Users+USERNAME+Windows

I just added the folder to each current user and also put the folder in the Default user profile so that it will replicate for new users."
