I recently installed a IBM Connections 3.0.1 pilot systemn over a Linux Suse SLES 64bit OS (one VM box for DB2+TDI, the other for WSA+Connections etc, 4 GB RAM each).
After some googling I found out the Christoph Stoettner 's nice slides on the subject (written in German).
I dare to contact him by email for the very first asking him the English version of his guide: since there's no English version of his guide, he pointed out to another guide, the Lotusphere 2012 Show300 "Become a Connections Hero- Install and Configure IBM Connections" session by Rob Thatcher & Mike Cross

He had a simple xPages web app showing Domino webmail in one the pages, using the old, much-hated (but often used...), iframe technique. After the Domino upgrade, the webmail was not available anymore in IE 9, unless he hit the compatibility button in IE. Fri, Jun 15th 2012 3:34a Cristian D'Aloisio Take a look to this IBM Technote # 1586180 : Blank return receipts sent to external sender We disabled the internal Domino disclaimer management (a setting in the configuration document inside the names.nsf) and reloaded the Domino router config (tell router update config).
