I find in my business most of my customers are on LinkedIn but not really engaging with anyone (neither am I...) virtually no one is on Twitter and a bunch are on Facebook but few use it for business really other than company pages. How have you and others been successful engaging with customers via social media? I'd love to hear a discussion about that with people that have been successful at it.
