New Startup Sequence for Notes 8.5

The development team is working on improving performance in Notes 8.5.
One of the things they are looking at doing is changing the startup
sequence of Notes.
The new user experience is as follows:
- splash screen,
- login dialog (unless you have "single sign-on"),
- perhaps a progress dialog
- and then Client desktop is rendered
