When configuring Traveler client it displays the error message "OS Return Code 12157". Change the Sync Type in Advanced to HTTP rather than HTTPS. Issue occurring since upgrading Domino server to 9.0.1 FP4 to improve TLS Security.

IBM Notes client user cannot manually Archive any documents or access their mailfile Archiving Settings. When accessing "Actions" -> "Archive" -> "Archive Settings" then the error message "Invalid or nonexistant document" is displayed. The users Archive profile document is corrupt. IBM Notes client 9.0.x crashing on receiving Sametime message

After upgrading some Notes clients to version 9 and then 9.0.1 they experienced regular crashes when they were sent a Sametime message. The fix was to upgrade the Notes client's Sametime embedded client from 8.5.3 up to 9 as well using the hotfix below. IBM Notes Client error: "No Sitemap Error" when opening Inbox

Due to corrupt configuration files. Close down the client Navigate to the Data folder (c:Program Files (x86)IBMNotesData) Rename the Workspace folder Restart the client It should then allow you to open the Inbox without any error mesaages.

Transferring Outlook 2010 Calendar to IBM Notes

When transferring an Outlook Calendar to IBM Notes the following instructions can be followed. Run Outlook Open Calendar Select File menu Select Save Calendar Select "More Options" Change "Detail" to "Full details" Change "Date Range" to "Whole Calendar" Press OK Specify ICS filename/location when prompted Run Notes Open Calendar Select File menu Select "Import..." Select the saved file Press Import button
