Ethan Perry

If you are interested in learning more about the user experience design of Lotus Connections, check out this new article on the ibm.com web site. We have a featured story in the IBM Design Software gallery. The article includes a description of the team and the design challenges we identified and focused on. We also discuss some of the process we go through to create the user experience designs for Lotus Connections - including how we use social software to create our social software designs. And there is a detailed demo movie highlighting some of the key design themes in the new 2.5 release.

Let us know what you think of the article and if there are other aspects of the user experience design you would like to learn more about.

Wed, Feb 3rd 2010 11:13a   Joseph Russo

After hearing lots of feedback and comments from customers, I've been thinking about how to redesign this experience and it seems to fall into these categories; 1. New user When a new user, someone who's not joined any or just a small # (3 or less, or some other reasonable small #) it probably makes sense [read] Keywords: connections synch.rono.us community network wiki
