By a factor of seven to one, people prefer getting knowledge from humans rather than from documents. Yet, in todayâs fast-paced business world, knowledge sharing is increasingly being reduced to reports, tweets and texts, replacing vital real-time interaction. We've added social media into the mix largely to help address this problem. But simply standing up social media wonât cut it.
