Are you constantly bumping into your company's limit on the number of contacts you can have in your list? Does the thought of getting organized scare you? If so, then this tip is for you. Sametime has a little known feature in the Tools Menu called, "Clean Contact List....". It presents you with a list of your contacts and the date you last interacted with them. You can sort the list by contact name, group name or last chat date. I find it helpful to sort by date and remove anyone I haven't chatted with in more than a year. Remember, you can use the Quick Find bar to start a chat even if someone isn't in your contact list anymore.
