One of my customers has rolled out the HCAA client to about 500 users and we’re facing the following issue:

when embedding a LDAP directory via Directory Assistance this directory is correctly shown in HCL Notes and HCL Nomad Web.

But when you open the address selection in your HCAA client this LDAP directory is not displayed in your dialog box !

From the HCL support we received the information that this issue could be reproduced in every release of the HCAA client ( up to 3.0.9 ) and therefore the SPR#ASIAD4NARQ has been raised. You can check the defect article here.
